"Felt like I was being ignored"
I reached out to customer service and never heard back, which made me a bit nervous that I was being fooled. I had to follow up twice just to try and get a response, and that’s really frustrating when you’re already unsure if anyone is taking you seriously...

"Still waiting around for my refund"
For some reason, the return ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. I sent the item back and then had to keep checking in just to find out what was happening.
The refund took forever, and the replies I got didn’t really help much. It felt like they kept putting it off, so I probably won’t be ordering from here again.

"Wrong order at the worst time"
I ended up getting the wrong stuff in my order, which was really frustrating. The timing couldn’t have been worse either because I needed what I actually ordered right away. Now I have to deal with getting it fixed when I really don’t have time for the extra hassle.

"Fast delivery, but I’m unsure about authenticity"
I ordered from JOE's Factory Outlet and, to be fair, the item did arrive quickly. That part was fine. But once I opened it, something just felt a little off. The packaging seemed cheaper than I expected, and a few small details didn’t quite match what I thought I was buying. I don’t want to say for sure that it wasn’t legit because I don’t know, but I’m not fully convinced either. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more solid and premium. Maybe others have had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Shipping took forever and support felt robotic"
My order ended up arriving about two weeks late, and the tracking updates were pretty much useless the whole time. I tried emailing customer service, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots just copying and pasting the same generic lines. Really frustrating experience overall.

"Something feels off with the website"
I tried using the site for about 20 minutes, but it was frustrating. Stuff was hard to find, pages were loading slowly, and the checkout kept acting strange. After a while I started wondering if something was wrong with the site, so I just gave up.

"Am I missing something, or is the stock kind of hit or miss?"
I found a few things I actually liked on JOE's Factory Outlet, but then a bunch of sizes and colors were already sold out. Am I missing something, or is the inventory just not updated that well? It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a little annoying having to click around and check different items to see what was actually available. The prices seemed decent, so I’d probably still browse again, but it’s definitely better if you’re not looking for something super specific...

I ordered from JOE's Factory Outlet and at first glance the item looked fine, like okay, this might be decent. But once I actually started using it, it just felt kind of cheap. Not broken or totally unusable or anything, just... not really what I thought I was paying for. For the price, I expected a bit better. I probably wouldn’t order again unless it was heavily discounted or something.

"Sizing was all over the place"
I ordered my usual size and didn’t have the patience to deal with how off the fit was. The shoulders were way too tight, but then the rest of the shirt felt weirdly long. Returning it was fine, I guess, but now I definitely don’t trust their size chart.

"Delivery was all over the place"
My delivery showed up late again, and there were basically no updates the whole time. I kept checking and waiting, and it was just... really frustrating. Not the first time either, which makes it even more annoying to deal with

"Exchange Process Took Longer Than Expected"
